Yeah due to the app I'm using to capture the data overlay my forward facing camera needs to be my phone and even when I use 1080 it doesn't look nearly as good as my GoPro. Yeah the struggle is slowly becoming just a distant memory. I can't believe a 6 month project took me 2.5 years.Tetge wrote:Don't know about the resolution of your video but I like the picture in picture. Did you let that ricer by just so they could run some cones over and then get slaughtered by you due to their lack of power and handling? Your car also sounds good, even if it as Chevy. Good to see that all that struggle to get it done paid off.
Thanks. The issues continued beyond that shop too.SonicVenum wrote:Very nice! Glad to see you finally enjoying your baby. If I remember correctly, you went through a helluva time getting it all dialed in, including dealing with a shop that didn't get things right the first time.
Well if you want to know all the details I can link you a build thread on another site for all of the gory details. I guess I can do a quick recap in the dead GM forum on this site lol.jhwalker wrote:Cool! Come on over and catch us up. We are started for stuff to praise or make fun of...

how about the link, and bring the GM forum back alive too.
Other threads of interest (to me ) -- I upgraded the SPF Cobra blower http://www.laspeedgarage.com/viewtopic. ... lit=blower
so it will be a little faster
and we have an endless thread on my deciding to pick up a Ducati Scrambler
and Tetge's buying a KTM 690 Duke. There is a lot of our usual caca in there, but some fun stuff.

ha ha.
Well here is my attempt to spice up the GM forum. At least two of you better read it as it took a long time to recap that stuff ha ha. http://www.laspeedgarage.com/viewtopic. ... 9133#p9133
It appears the PT.com site is down which given that nobody replies to my thread there you can see the whole build in less than 10 pages. I also have my build on Lateral-g but that thread is almost 50 pages since we have more of a community there. http://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=33178
