Awesome shots! :bow-yellow: I may have found me a new background shot for my computer monitor.

Yes, that is the spot I was talking about. I am seriously thinking I need a rear rack like that. I just sold my Z-Rex, and with it went the tail bag just like that one. But, I could grab another of some sort for the handy stuff. With my bum shoulder (going under the knife for that next week. Woot-not!) I haven't liked using back packs or think that I will in the future.

Hmmm. I wanted to do the "Locomotive Lamp" mod on my Rex when I had it, but never did. I am thinking a cosmetic make over for the DRZ is due. Maybe try the big single round lamp on front on a custom bracket, shaving the side number plates to match the arc of the rear wheel / fender and then bobbing the front fender. But, then I would lose my signature number plates, and my fans would have a hard time recognizing me on the road until they got used to the new look. Yeah-Right!!!

Then again, my money would probably be better spent finally sending off my front forks and the trick Ohlins rear shock that I have had stashed away to David at Fast Bike Industries for a full rebuild and custom matching. Then some new tires for the summer, and so on and so on.

OK, finally found the first documented pic of Tetge and his showroom stock DRZ-SM. This was in the Auto Mall as he left with it for the first time. He swears this is the proper technique for scrubbing in his new OEM Dunlop D208's, with a couple laps around the block and a smile for the camera. I guess I can't argue. It seemed to work.

^^and Tetge says he can't ride, I call BS!

Thanks! I am truly blessed to live where I do, and have the things around me to see and enjoy that I do. My only complaint is that we have almost no off road, the forest service has pretty much closed it all down, even for street legal bikes.

What are you having done on the shoulder? I had a 4 inch tear in my labrum, and some bone chipping off both the humerus and the socket itself. They went in and cleaned it all up, and I have four anchors that stay permanently to affix the labrum. I was back on the bike in 10 weeks, but my ortho and PT were both in tune with what I wanted and I pushed hard. BUT, it wasn't what it once was until I adopted a workout routine, and stuck with it for about six months, four days a week. I had ROM, but no strength prior to that.

I still hate backpacks to this day from that whole thing though, hence the tail bag, or "trunk" as TJ calls it. It makes the bike a lot more versatile too to be honest, I can actually run errands on it now. No number plates here, harder to hide or blend in then.

This is the before MRI of the shoulder, the big circle around the dark spot is a bruise in the bone, the arrow is pointing to the chunk missing off the ball of humerus. I didn't find it humorous in the least.

Looking at all that marbly meat, I now have a hankering for some steak and beers! :-D

Well, one of my issues was this, but I have a huge issue with Arthritis. They don't seem to know if they will just clean up the end of the bone to reduce pain, or find a shredded rotator cuff and some other fun stuff.

But, I will see your MRI and raise you this fine splintered Clavicle XRay! :-D I actually have a new MRI CD somewhere I should try and put up and get a professional opinion from the local web professionals. Everyone knows you log in over at LASpeed Garage for accurate health diagnosis and advice.

While substituting me for himself as far as antics and riding skills go, Brakelate also has posted up medical evidence to support my reasons for not doing the things that he has attributed to me. Somewhere I have little short, low def, videos of him that first day that he got his DR-Z when he was using an abandoned loading dock to jump off of, and doing stair climbs, and also fooling around in a dirt field. His daughter was laughing and smiling at how childish her old dad was when he got a DR-Z to play with. However, I will agree that it is a nice bike to ride even if you are not really some supermoto stunt crazy mug. I personally have a touring DR-Z that is sort of an easy to handle Gold Wing substitute. I once got up to 70 mph but it was scary.......

In any case, since Brakelate is almost 100% out in front of me on all rides, I have plenty of video taken before he disappeared off into the distance, to show who the real fast guy is. For some reason, Brakelate enjoys fabricating stories about my riding. Perhaps he seriously intends for people to believe them and hopes that his stories will give his pitiful slow wingman some cred? Who knows, but, for those who do not know, all Brakelate's stories about me are fabrications. I can't even keep up with Norman on a 250......

It is a sign. The least you could have done, was participated with a nice MRI / XRay / Blood Results flow chart or something.

Somewhere I have pictures of my L1-L5 spinal fusion, and the consequences of that wreck down here in July, 2011 -- but I will spare everyone.

All I know is that almost 2 years later, I am still rehabbing.

You know... we have something else in common. We are of a small group of whom have been pretty banged up at the silly little Willow Springs Kart Track! Oddly enough, after both spending much time on the big "Dangerous" high speed track, and coming away without a scratch. Odd.

Although we lack audio of your incident, unlike mine, we came away with a great pic of yours ! :animals-frog:
