Re: CARLOS
Last I heard of Carlos he was drilling out the top camber plates in my friends lowered Lincoln Mark so that he could get the suspension adjusted to not wear out in very few miles. Carlos, when asked, said that he doesn't post on this site since he has difficulties with new things. But, he may lurk and he is a member here, with 5 posts to his credit, under his racebronco2 screen name. 5 posts actually make him somewhat of a post whore on this site. If I want to give him a bad time, I can always call him, which I will do one of these days to see if he is hitting the Willow Drags the Saturday after Thanksgiving for the daytime event.

I hope so since I like to beat Cobras with the 5.0 slug. I am trying to talk PWineoooo (Moody) into bringing his new 2014 Focus ST out to see how it does in the 1000' but he is resisting. I keep telling him that since Willow is not prepped and it is sort of like the street, it doesn't put the stresses on cars that a prepped drag strip would, but, even though he went for the ST, he alleges that it is simply a commuter car. If figure if you are not going to use it, why get a turbo?

Mine is a commuter but I would love to take it to Streets of Willow and some Autocross. No point dragging it when I have 2 ponies in the shed better suited for it.

OK, so while waiting around for Diablito to ever show up, lemme ask;
What brand / model clutch set up would you use if it were time for you to replace the clutch in an Terminator?

I've been using a Spec Stage 3+ with a Fidzana aluminum flywheel for a number of years. It works great but it's a bit grabby for low speed driving (parking lots and traffic) and fairly stiff. The dual disc McLeod is supposed to be fairly easy to drive.

Ouch. Pricy. Plus multi-disc clutches spook me for some reason.
Plus, then you have to pick up a flywheel.
Ughh.
