There is not known way to cure the wheel hop. And it is dangerous to drive through the hop since it can and will break half shafts and diffs and even transmissions. The best cure is traction so good tires help a lot. At the strip I slide my clutch a little and that softens the hit and lessens wheel hop.
And, btw, don't listen to Brakelate. Although he is correct and lifting is advised if it starts to hop, he has never lifted once since he started driving.

I was thinking that control arms would help this platform.

My friend has a 2007 GT500 that is having this problem.

Told him to lower the air pressure in the rear tires first. If that didn't help try different tires.

I haven't had issues with hope since I added the Billetflow IRS brace on my 04.
