I saw this video on Yahoo yesterday, but, my impression was that it was badly done roll racing and it told me nothing. It did appear to me that the Vette was the fastest, which I was not surprised at since it is very slick and light and has 650 HP. I figured that the Mustang, if it was stock, had zero chance as it has the aero of a barn door and less HP than the Dodge. But, based upon what I observed over the years (I naturally never personally did any racing on public streets), freeway roll racing doesn't necessarily prove much as a slight jump can give a car a really big apparent advantage even if it is a slower car. The faster car will ultimately reel in the slower one, but, quite often other traffic or belated common sense ends the contest before this happens. I prefer actual drag racing results (show me the timing slips) from a real drag strip as both ET's and trap speeds tell a lot.

I enjoyed hearing the engines. The Z6 is a runner, too bad it is a Chevy.

I agree with Pat, and don't love roll racing either, but those were some nice sounds. How bout that Vette spinning in 3rd gear(?) on a roll??

You saying that your old 10 sec. Terminator didn't spin in 3rd gear on a roll? Weak sauce! These new production cars are packing serious HP and even all the electronics, and huge sticky tires, can't keep them entirely civilized. But, the old Terminators were much less civilized and would spin their tires in the higher gears now and then, or, so I have been told.

The 315 DRs out back might have helped, but no, never spun in 3rd. Definitely weak sauce. :|

And not that I would have done it, but it didn't... err, wouldn't have spun in 3rd on the street even on the nitrous. That would've been ~575whp or ~646bhp, but my car was a portly 3800ish lbs with me in it.
