Things natural are bottom up, organic . . . . . including how cities develop (in the absence of government planners).
Things unnatural are top down, statist . . . . . including how cities are planned.

The internet is bottom up but it has grown rich, so . . . now the political class is sticking its finger into the pie and they'll ruin it, or at least inhibit its natural course of growth. They won't kill it, that would be bad for them too, parasites that they are.
