I'm getting Brakelate's PM Notifications

Ok,

I figured out the problem!

For some reason our mail server had been set to COPY ALL MAIL to "postmaster@laspeedgarage.com"

I turned that feature off and that has resolved the issue.

Thanks to our new user twntysevnbase for registering as a new user, me getting three notifications of that, and with that making me want to fix the problem.

Basically when the board was sending any sort of notification, it was also CC'ing "postmaster"

Glad all that nonsense has been resolved!

Turns out the new user is a forum spammer.

Deleted that account before any damage was done.

I looked up their email address on the internet, and it was all over the known forum spammer email address lists.
