No, since after the embedded post I wanted to delete the failed attempt right above it but I just edited it to a question about deleting. It would be nice if the forum allowed us to delete posts for at least awhile. The old forum gave 24 hours to delete, as I recall, before it locked things up.

I'm going to take a look under the hood and see if there is a setting here I can change for that.

I took a look but did not see an "X". Perhaps it will show up later as I could not embed videos immediately as well. I will keep checking.

And, BTW, how am I supposed to grab #1 poster when you continue to post? This is going to take some serious effort and there is drinking to be done.

Hahah ok I found out why it wouldn't let you delete that post.

If the post has been replied to, you can't delete it. (Only a mod or admin can)

If nobody replies to the post then you have up to 24 hours to delete it (if nobody replies to the post)

So. if you make a duplicate post you have to delete the second post ASAP. Good info to know.
