Riding Gear: "Scooter Exemption"?
I am usually all for suiting up in the most, and highest quality riding gear that you can afford. No questions asked. But, although this spooks me a bit, I have to say, I absolutely appreciate the chosen attire of this scooter rider, right down to the classy little ankle bracelet. Hot Damn.
