The car arrived in Texas this morning, and the new owner has possession. He's happy with it. I'm sure he'll enjoy it for years. The way the market for those cars is going, I'm sure if he ever sells it, it'll be for more than I did.

Here it is in it's new home. '60 Vette in the back, and next to it, a '50 Willy's Wagon that's been in his family since 1958 when his dad bought it. Currently running a '94 S-10 chassis, and '95 Vette LT1 engine. I'm thinking the Notch is going to be in great shape for years to come. :-D

Yeah, definitely. I told him he has my dream garage. If there's a lift to the left on the other side of that work bench, even more so.

At least I can rest easy knowing the car will be enjoyed, and brought back to a state of perfection I couldn't afford to do. I will have to console myself by making my new-to-me Explorer as nice as I can, and know that sometime down the road I'll have another, for comfy, Mustang again.

That was over four years ago, and, it was the last classified post. You still have no Mustang, and, Walker still has 500 posts on me. But, there is still the old post on all threads ploy....

Oh geez.

Since you were all dying to know, the nice doctor from Texas that bought my Notch put a brake booster back on the car, upgraded the brakes, added a supercharger, then sold the car and bought a new Corvette Z06. I have no idea where it is now.
