Fun, capable bike with a lot of life left in her.

I just wished it was a little easier to push when it ran out of fuel. In Laughlin. In 110 Deg. As the sun came up, after riding all night. Ahhhh, memories.

Cruising Old Route 66 in the middle of the night at speed in "short sleeve" temps made it more than worth the few little inconveniences caused by my own stupidity.

Another one of those rides I will never forget.

It's a good bike. If I didn't need the money more than the bike, I'd hold onto it. A guy came and looked at it today. He has one more to go look at, an 1100, and he said he'd decide on Monday. Wish me luck!

He will come back for it. The 1100's were nice when they first came out, after the 1200 arrived on the scene, it was the one to have. It still holds true.

Which must be why you sold it? I never quite understood why, since you speak Kawasaki and, even I have to admit, that is a pretty fine Kawasaki. It also has long legs and can cover some serious miles, although it is said that even it needs fuel now and then.

It's still alive and well, I'm sure. The new owner seemed like a real gearhead who really cared about bikes
