For the mandatory dealer-only service... how much do you think is for the good of the bike, and how much of it is for the good of the dealer network and their pockets?
Though customer service is usually pretty good, I freakin hate taking anything to a dealer for service.

I donno. I wonder if it is because it is a new bike model and they really do have a list of concerns...SonicVenum wrote:For the mandatory dealer-only service... how much do you think is for the good of the bike, and how much of it is for the good of the dealer network and their pockets?

This service rep prick was not friendly. Maybe it is that I have the $10,000 bike in a shop full of $20-30k bikes. Being treated like white trash again.
I am giving their new bike a lot of exposure 350 km from the nearest Ducati dealer in a town that is known, rightly or wrongly, for having cash. The pricks should be paying me.
