Life in Mexico -- March 2018 Not good

I'd take more credit if I had ANYTHING else to do. It is still not safe for me to ride a motorcycle, or pleasant to lose 11-0 in ping pong.
But I will keep at it. And I have taken on the administrative management of the fraccionamiento. Paying the workers and the bills, collecting the HOA fees... Spiffing up the record-keeping. Sort of like killing an ant with a hammer, but something to do... :violin: With Lupita, Javier and Adrian doing the casa and yard work (work I don't care to do), I have to find ways to stay active. Yawn.

I HAD to overdo it, as usual. I jacked up the weight all round and added 1 exercise -- the military press. My mistake. I guess I forgot about my hernia and the detached ligaments formerly attached to my left scapula. I had to drop way back on exercise -- and blew my left shoulder/arm away (temporarily). End result, I'm meeting a doctor here to discuss the feasibility of repairing the hernia between our trip up to SoCal for the 2 weddings in April, and the trip to SoCal planned in June.
Self-inflicted damage as usual. no big deal.

Ouch! Hope you heal up soon, James. I finally started working out again after many years away. I've been easing my way in. Weight lifting and cardio Mon-Fri. Going well, so far.

Well, at least you tried to step it up. Now you've got more therapy to do.
