I was a little kid when he was big, so I can only research stuff about him, but he seems to have paved the way for people that really commit to characters, like Sasha Baron Cohen. If you haven't seen it already, Jim Carrey does a great job in Man on the Moon. He nailed capturing who Andy was, and it seems he went full method for the role, only responding to Andy throughout filming.

Never saw it, I think because when it was released I was working 20 hours a day trying to get the company profitable and was on leave from movies...

20 years ago -- yikes pre-Cobras, Adam and Ryan were roller-blading around the halls of WMC on the weekends while I worked... seems like a long time ago  :shifty:

I should have a movie night with Terri and watch it -- if she ever comes back to live with me

It's amazing how time seems to roll by faster and faster. If had a baby at the time I bought the Cobra, it would be a senior in high school!

I think you'll enjoy it. The film really gets behind what motivated him, and Carrey nails the performance.

I'll tell the boss... Juan here gets me a copy of anything for 2 bucks.
Brendan is 47, Adam 34, Ryan 31.
I'm reading a book that is focused on aging -- feels pretty real. Me no likey old age.
