And, if you are a juror, after that announcement, all you need to do, is trust El Chapo's word. Why would any reasonable person have any issues with that. It would be crazy to think that if your were a juror and if you did make an adverse decision on his trial, that he considered having you killed as an option, and issued a statement that he would not use that option (presumably this time as the trail is in NY, not in Mexico). But, what if the verdict made him so angry that he lost his temper and recanted on his promise? Still, it is a good example of attitude and old school, gangster mentality.

My gradual physical improvement due to ??? time/rehab/dreaming ??? continues. I have not fallen down recently. Now that we have finished OUR gym, we are going to another gym. Typical for us  We don't want to buy a bunch of good gym equipment, and the golf club gym has some good equipment.

Terri not working is a trip... She's driving me nuts...

We picked up a new sacrificial dog named Chester. Looks like a great dane banged a beagle. Pics to follow ...

Finishing up the home/property security planning. PIA but necessary. Ouch$$

Ducati told me to get the Scrambler in for service or else -- pointed out the deal is mileage OR time oops!

Time marches on, feeling pretty good.

 very good
He's Chester (the molester) -- as everyone points out

He's also part cat -- a big puxxy. His former owners treated him like a human, and we are used to campo dogs -- dogs that feel blessed to have shelter and something to eat.
Chester went to his sleeping room last night, barking, whining and blubbering for 3 hours like a bitch -- until Terri took her pillow and blanket and slept outside his room saying 'it's ok Chester, we love you' until he went to sleep. He has a big dog bark, for sure, and a big baby whine -- but he so big that I am afraid of him. no caca
