Re: Amazon Order fulfillment - 2 min 31 secs of fun
That is amazing. I just love Amazon. I have a Prime membership, so I get free 2-day shipping on all Prime-qualified items. One Saturday before Christmas, I was shopping with the g/f at Target. She said the co-worker she got at work for Secret Santa made only two requests: Raiders and Action. So, I thought, "Hey! Raiders of the Lost Ark!" Target didn't have it in stock, so I pulled out my phone, opened my Amazon app, and ordered a DVD copy of some special edition of the movie for $7-8. This was early in the afternoon on Saturday. The DVD was at my doorstep the next day, Sunday, by the afternoon. Freaking awesome! Thanks, little orange robots!!

I was amazed -- the little spinning robot trick, constant analysis of product, power needs, and on and on. I did some very neat stuff with computers, but nothing of this level of cuteness. I had never really asked "how" they do what they do.SonicVenum wrote:That is amazing. I just love Amazon. I have a Prime membership, so I get free 2-day shipping on all Prime-qualified items.
