A tech privacy editor tried to shut Google, Amazon, and Apple out of her life, she had technical assistance in trying to do so. Not possible.
There are no alternatives, those who tried - GAB, etc - were stifled. I want to believe that market forces, the desire of others to earn similar oligopolist profits; it took 75 years for the network radio/TV oligopoly to fall.
