sleep apnea test-- a new " worst ever"
8 total hours of torture, with the last 4 hours having a c-pap mask secured to my head. Since the January strokes I have suffered a bit from not being able to breathe easily at night. The mask made that worse, and I had the sense of gasping for air, but knew I could rip off the mask if necessary so I finished the test. from 3am until 7am feeling like not enough air-- the worst 4 hours of my life. Results of other tests were good and some medications are being reduced. I spent 2 days getting various tests. Most were positive but I was not cleared to drive -- yet.

I can't remember who it was, I think that it was the hip replacement surgeon, who told me that they now had me in their clutches and I was doomed. It seems that life can be fairly simple until the clutches as one can fly under the radar. But, once they got you...............
I can say no more for fear that they will ferret out my location and take me back into custody.

This morning the memory is already fading. Maybe I was dreaming that it was so horrible. Being at the hospital for 2 days threw me off my exercise schedule. so today will be a catch-up day.
