The Mule

Post by jhwalker »

We saw it. We enjoyed it. Eastwood has 'old' pretty much nailed, 'cause he IS. Pretty low-key. Interesting that it is based on a true story.
We did quietly enjoy it.
Thinking about going to see 'The Green Book' (Green Book?). Terri also wants to see a chick flick.

Our trips up usually involve seeing a movie or two. The one local theater in San Miguel de Allende usually shows kid movies...

 Anyone seen anything interesting?

I watched Drive again last night.

I love the soundtrack and the movie was a standout in 2010/2011.

I never saw Drive, I'll tee it up.

We saw Roma. We were very underwhelmed, having seen the award nominations. Maybe it is living there... but it seemed pretty ordinary. It did capture the chaos...

Tomorrow we head home. The 12 days went quickly, did everything we hoped to do except see car folks.

We will have a crazed 4-5 months at the start of 2019 and then settle down. Too many trips are planned -- self-inflicted pain, but all 'necessary I'm told...
