Re: Mikedbike2002 breakfast rides
Now that there has been a medical intervention, and you are reformed and have seen the light, you will at least still have photos to view as you recollect the adventures of your previously wild and crazy riding days. Of course, we will still have to wait for Brakelate to reform, as his only response to the hard riding in the Lake Isabella area was to acquire a couple of faster motorcycles with better brakes. It was old school equipment, not faulty nerves, that almost got him. I mean, in their day, they were superbikes, but, now, they are weak antiques. Good for shows and nostalgia but hardly anything that you can ride a decent pace on. Next thing you know, people will be trying to say that an old Norton Commando could set a serious pace.
Ridiculous!

Any idea on when your recovery will reach a level on which you can begin attempting to ride again without worry?
How about MikeD Bike? Any word on his status? He still riding, move up to live with Lisa? Just staying home to wax and detail his new KTM conversion street machine, or what?
I guess I could try his number. Or just check the Asian Sport Riders Forum to see if he's still over there slaying all the fast guys they can bring against him, if they haven't banned him yet for being a SandBagger.

Don't know, will see Doc on 17th; hope to lose this cervical collar and begin some kind of PT then.
I understand that it is at least a 6 month deal though.
