is a 1986-1993 cobra intake manifold polished better than satin for a 5.0 mustang?

Its just the type of finish. Do you want a shiny manifold or just a dull metal looking one? They finish will last as long as you keep it cleaned if you go with the polished.

Careful if you end up buying a new manifold from Ford Racing Performance Parts. They are now made in China. Try to find an original Ford intake made in USA.
