Beautiful.

Cooked ours upside down in a roaster filled with a gallon of wine and with apple/raisin/cornbread stuffing.

Looks delicious! We made a batch of mac n cheese for my family's Thanksgiving feast. We had a traditionally roasted turkey, and another that my cousin tried frying. Something went wrong with the fried turkey because when it was "done," it looked shriveled, and I tore off a piece of breast later in the night, and it was reddish pink on the bone side. Not trusting that. Otherwise, great food.

Yeah, deep frying a turkey is part art, part science, and easy to get wrong

We made our traditional mac & cheese, but Rach tried a new stuffing recipe, and a pumpkin cake recipe. Both turned out delicious! We had a busy long weekend visiting family that had come to town, and celebrating a 30-year anniversary. Hope you all had a great holiday weekend!

Wow! When you are senile, time sure does play tricks. I am amazed that you have been married for 30 years already. Where does time go?

Hardy-har! Rach has an aunt that met her husband when she was 13 and he was 14. They were celebrating 30 years of marriage. We've still got 25+ years to go for that.
