you can find all kinds of recipes at www.allrecipes.com. you can find them by type, ingredient, etc. I have tried so many recipes from there and have never been disappointed. People give there advice to make the recipe better and that helps too.

Tropical Chicken Salad
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 tablespoons blackened seasoning blend
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1 bag (5 oz) mixed baby salad greens (4 cups)
1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and diced (1 cup)
1/2 medium red onion, sliced (3/4 cup)
1 small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
2/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette
1. Place chicken in heavy-duty resealable food-storage plastic bag. Sprinkle seasoning blend over chicken; seal bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated.
2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken; cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently,
until no longer pink in center.
Remove chicken from skillet; drain on paper towels.
3. In large bowl, toss salad greens, mango, onion and bell pepper; divide among 4 plates.
Top with chicken.
Drizzle with vinaigrette.
Frozen Pineapple on a Stick
8 pieces fresh pineapple, (about 3x1 inch)
1/4 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
3/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
1. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Insert wooden skewer into narrow end of each piece of pineapple.
Dip pineapple into juice, then roll in coconut,
coating completely.
Place on cookie sheet.
2. Cover and freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

cut french bread on a diagonal, make pancake mix and add cinnamon. dip bread in pancake mix on all sides. place dipped bread in hot oiled skillet and put on the cheeses and meats and top piece of bread. cook until golden brown on all sides. put on plate and cut in half dust with powdered sugar and serve with cherry pie filling to dip sandwich in. this is really yummy and its really filling kind of a meal and dessert in one.

•Chicken Divan
•
•2 (10-ounce) packages frozen broccoli, chopped
•6 cups shredded chicken, cooked
•2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
•1 cup mayonnaise
•1 cup sour cream
•1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
•1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
•1 teaspoon curry powder
•Salt and pepper
•1/2 cup dry white wine
•1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
•1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
•2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove the outer wrappers from the boxes of broccoli. Open 1 end of each box. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes, until thawed. Drain the broccoli and put into a casserole dish. Add the shredded chicken.
In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper, to taste, and wine. Whisk together to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and chicken. Mix well with a spatula.
Place the mixture into an 11 by 7-inch casserole dish or 2 (9-inch) square disposable aluminum foil pans that have been sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray. Pat down evenly and smooth with a spatula. Combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Ingredients: Glorified Rice
•1 cup of cold cooked rice
•1/2 cup sugar
•1 can crushed pineapple, drained
•1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
•2 tablespoons drained cherries
•1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
Directions
1.
Mix rice,sugar,pineapple and vanilla.
2.
Add marchmallows and cherries.
3.
Fold whipped cream into rice.
