I liked the pat of butter melted into the potatoes.

A bottle of Ojai red that I stole from my brother when he was not looking. I live in Alaska. But, although there was butter and half and half in the potatoes already, a bit more on top seemed reasonable at the time.

It completely slipped my mind that this is the internet and food pirates might sniff out this post. But, feel free to post pics of your garden and culinary creations here. If you are concerned about food pirates, post the pics after you consume the meal. And, BTW, that bottle of Ojai Red was excellent.
