Before, I felt like I needed to get involved in the correction of the 'bad trends', and felt helpless -- now I'm just hauling ass... :clap:

Planning... yesterday we met with the real estate agent and the mover who moved us down.
Looks like we will not have a capital gains issue. My goal is to break even on the property and development. We may lose a little on paper. :think: Life goes on... :-D
Lots of details... (not my forte')

Sure, but we will not be returning to SoCal. :lol: We think we will start out in Arkansas :? and likely end up in rural Tennessee :lol: -- for real...
