I can see why. I am tempted, but a 200 post lead around here is a painfully difficult gap to close.

I keep hoping that things will pick up, so, I am not really a post whore, just a person who would like to promote a community gathering place/information center. A dead board gathers no moss so, I admit that I attempt to throw posts at this board once a day and, I try to find something that has a least a bit of merit to share to avoid totally empty posts. In the past, several other sites helped us network for events and, it was always nice to see familiar faces and to have some potential support in the event that there was some mishap. But, those "invasion" types of events have diminished with time as people move on and, also, a lot of them were at drag strips which have disappeared as well.
