Planning... yesterday we met with the real estate agent and the mover who moved us down.
Looks like we will not have a capital gains issue. My goal is to break even on the property and development. We may lose a little on paper. Life goes on...

Sure, but we will not be returning to SoCal. We think we will start out in Arkansas and likely end up in rural Tennessee -- for real...
